We receive on average 20 inquiries for free samples, per week.
Sending out these samples by FEDEX, DHL or UPS , would be too costly for us.
Therefore , and in order to serve you at our best possibility, we have adapted the
following sample policy.
1. FREE SAMPLES – FREE FREIGHT
We welcome the appreciation of our products and therefore will send :
-free of charge a sample of a shell tile (20cm x 20cm)
-pay the freight costs , EMS ordinary mail
It will take 15 days to arrive in your local post office.
We don’t want to bother you with payments for a product, you might use in futur
projects.
2. FREE SAMPLES – FREIGTH PREPAID BY THE INTERESSEE
For urgent projects, we will assist you instantly, and will send upon your request :
-free of charge 3 samples , of our shell tiles
-invoice for additional tiles
-freight costs , have to be prepaid, for shipments by DHL, FEDEX,UPS
-if you have an account , with FEDEX, DHL or UPS, and allow us to use this
account for the shipment of the samples, we need your authorisation letter, on
your company letterhead, to join the shipment.(policy of Fedex, DHL , UPS,....)
We will deduct the freight costs, from your first order.
